More Heat Waves

Regarding “Heat Wave Hotel” (Weekend Escape, Aug. 21): Barnum (or was it Bailey?) said, “There is one born every minute” and Shawn Hubler’s weekend escape to Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica proves it. Did they pick up the two-night tab of $896.60 or did The Times? Just how many of your readers have that kind of disposable income? Get real!
