Wine Company Restructures Operations: Canandaigua Wine Co., owners of the Almaden and Inglenook brands, said it will take a restructuring charge of $14.8 million in the quarter ended Aug. 31. The charge stems largely from the closing of facilities as the company centralizes bottling operations at a newly acquired winery facility. The company, based in Canandaigua, N.Y., is consolidating operations after its recent acquisition of the Almaden and Inglenook brands.
