From Times Staff and Wire Reports

The FAA paid for cultural diversity training in which men had to walk past female co-workers who fondled them and made remarks about their sexual attributes, agency employees said. The training, designed to turn the tables on men to sensitize them to bias, went too far, said employees pursuing legal action in Chicago. Douglas P. Hartman, an air traffic controller who is suing the Transportation Department, said in June, 1992, he and others were pressured to walk through a line of female controllers who fondled their private parts and rated their sexual attributes.
