Stock Exchange Changes Rules: The Stock Exchange of Singapore will allow licensed foreign brokers to deal directly in shares of foreign companies traded in the country, Finance Minister Richard Hu said. Hu said this and other changes to market regulations are designed to encourage more companies to have their shares traded in Singapore.
