Caseware Inc.: The developer of software management systems said Monday that it has changed its name to Continuus Software Corp. and that it will start selling a new product to help computer programmers design software for businesses. The privately held Continuus said it plans to start shipping its new product, Continuus 4.0, by the end of the month.
