Camarillo-based Interlink Electronics, which produces computer pointing systems, gave up its interest in a Luxembourg joint venture called InvestAR. Interlink’s European partner then surrendered its 13.3% stake in Interlink, worth an estimated $3.4 million. Interlink says there’s no connection between the deal and the resignation of its chairman, Kenneth W. Bitticks. . . . Two Ventura County shopping centers, the Central Shopping Center in Ventura and the Target / Ralphs center in Oxnard, are being sold as part of a $50.7-million deal. The seller, Real Estate Investment Trust of California, says two other investment firms are the buyers, but won’t identify them. In all, four Southern California centers are to change hands. . . . More than 60 consuls general and foreign trade representatives are scheduled to take part in the third annual Global Opportunities Conference on Oct. 27 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. Members of the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors, who work mainly in Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park, sold 263 houses in August, up from 222 in July and 243 in August, 1993. Condo sales increased to 65 in August from 54 in July and 49 a year ago.
