World IN BRIEF : PERU : Fujimori Says He Will Run Again
President Alberto Fujimori announced he would seek a second five-year term. Fujimori faces numerous challengers in the April election, including former U.N. Four Cabinet ministers resigned, amid speculation that they will run for Parliament. Those resigning were Absalon Vasquez (Agriculture), Jaime Freundt (Health), Jorge Trelles (Education) and Dante Cordova (Transport, Communications, Housing and Construction).
