Santa Ana-Based Wicor Subsidiary Gets New President

J. Russell Phillips has been named president and chief executive of SHURflo Pump Manufacturing Co. Phillips, 45, succeeds John W. Casey Jr. who continues on the company’s board. Prior to joining the Santa Ana-based subsidiary of Wicor Inc., Phillips was general manager of Goulds Pumps in the City of Industry. Wicor, which is based in Milwaukee, acquired SHURflo in 1993.
