Regional Business Outlook Conference: A panel discussion about incentives to create and retain business and the effect of government regulation on the business community will be featured at the 46th annual Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce business outlook conference, which will be held Tuesday at the Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Southern California has become a favored hunting ground for out-of-towners looking to lure away companies unhappy with the area’s business climate, although statistics indicate that the exodus slowed this year. Conference speakers will include state Assembly Speaker Willie L. Brown, RLA Chief Executive Linda Griego, AirTouch Communications Chief Executive Sam Ginn and businessman and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach.
