The Capistrano Unified School District is growing fast.

The sprawling district, which serves San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and parts of Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita, eclipsed the 33,000-student mark this fall, according to spokeswoman Jacqueline Price.

Here’s a chance to brush up on your bridge game and learn about Israel--all under one roof.

A variety of adult education classes will be offered beginning today at the Jewish Community Center in Costa Mesa.

Courses will explore such topics as duplicate bridge, Hebrew, self-defense, yoga, toning exercises, Israeli folk dancing and Jewish studies.

Classes run for four to eight weeks. Prices vary.
