Masaki Takahashi Named Executive VP at Mitsubishi

Masaki Takahashi has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America Inc. in Cypress. He will be responsible for all of the company’s financial activities in the United States. Takahashi succeeds Toshiya Yamano, who was appointed director and general manager of Mitsubishi Auto Credit Lease, Ltd., in the Tokyo finance department.

* In an expansion of its management team, Sound Source Interactive announced that Eric H. (Rick) Winston has joined the Westlake Village-based multimedia company as president and chief operating officer. Before joining Sound Source, which specializes in entertainment software developed under license with movie studios, Winston, 47, headed E.H. Winston & Associates.

* Robert H. Daskal has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Inco Homes Corp. Daskal will be responsible for all financial management at the Upland-based firm and will also play a key role in corporate development. Before joining Inco, Daskal worked for Phoenix-based UDC Homes Inc. as executive vice president-finance and chief financial officer. He succeeds Steven Adelman, who will remain with the company as vice president-accounting. Inco is a leading home builder in the southwestern United States; it specializes in affordable single-family homes.
