Ropak Corp.: The Fullerton maker of plastic packaging and handling products posted a third-quarter profit of $1.2 million, or 23 cents a share. That was up from earnings of $392,000, or 9 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue increased 21% to $36 million from $29.7 million. Nine-month profit totaled $3.2 million, or 63 cents a share, compared to earnings of $1.7 million, or 38 cents a share, for the same period last year. Nine-month revenue rose 19% to $96.9 million from $81.6 million.
