Algeria Reporter Slain; Extremists Blamed

ALGIERS —
A journalist for Algeria’s official news agency was shot to death Thursday, the 21st reporter killed in attacks blamed on Islamic extremists.
Mohamed Salah Ben Achour of the Algerian Press Service was gunned down by two men in Boufarik, outside the capital, an official announcement said.
