Free Expo to Acquaint Public With Merchants

More than 65 South County firms will be represented at the Table Tops Business Expo on Nov. 16. Sponsored by the South Orange County Chambers of Commerce, the expo will help familiarize consumers with local goods and services.

The free event will be held at Coast Hills Community Church, 5 Pursuit, Aliso Viejo, from 3 to 8 p.m.

Workshops on various subjects will be presented, as will talks on business promotion and automation.

Organizers are seeking family participation in the expo.

“This fun-filled gala is not just for business people,” expo chairwoman Jeanine Ryder said. “We’ve arranged for special family activities.”

Several parenting workshops will be available, including sessions on emergency planning and personal protection.

The chamber has arranged for food from member restaurants and live music. A drawing for a diamond ring and other prizes will be held.
