Nation IN BRIEF : NEW YORK : Four Hit the Lottery for $73-Million Pot

New York State’s $73-million Lotto jackpot will be divided among four winners who will each receive $18 million over 21 years, lottery officials said. Two of the winning tickets were sold in New York City’s borough of Queens and the other two were sold upstate. Annual payments will be $863,095 before taxes. Officials said it was the largest jackpot in state history.
