Donald R. Johansson has been elected president of Insurance Brokers of Orange County, a trade association of commercial insurance brokers. He is president of Johansson Insurance Brokers. Johansson succeeds Joyce M. Lee, who remains a member of the executive committee. Lee is vice president of Willis Corroon.
