Marc H. Nussbaum, 38, has been promoted to senior vice president-engineering and chief technical officer-storage business for Western Digital Corp., a computer products designer and manufacturer based in Irvine. Since Nussbaum joined the company in 1981 he has held a variety of technical and management positions.
