Domestic Auto Sales Up: Japan’s domestic sales of cars, trucks and buses rose 4.1% in October to 389,443 units, the Japan Automobile Dealers Assn. said. It was the fifth consecutive month of improvement. Before June, sales declined year-on-year for 14 months.
