Profit More Than Doubles for Styles on Video

Styles on Video Inc., a Chatsworth supplier of interactive imaging systems, reported sharp increases in its profits and revenues for the third quarter and nine months ended Sept. 30.

The company’s third-quarter earnings totaled $1.43 million, up from $558,000 in net income a year earlier. Its revenue more than doubled to $4.71 million from $2.06 million.

For the first three quarters of the year, Styles on Video reported a profit of $3.33 million on revenue of $11.7 million. The results were more than double the $1.36 million profit and $5.38 million in revenue it reported for the same period a year ago.

The company reported a strong initial response for its new product for newborn infant pictures. It also said it launched two new products, a beauty imaging product for Redken salons and a digital poster product for the Poster Factory.
