Coldwell Banker Unit One of Top 10 Franchisers

The franchise arm of Coldwell Banker Corp., the Mission Viejo real estate brokerage, is one of the top 10 franchisers in North America, according to a recent survey.

The survey, published in the November issue of Success magazine, ranks Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates Inc. among the top 10 franchise organizations for the second consecutive year.

The survey measures financial performance, corporate growth and management, corporate stability, franchiser attitude and services and relationships with franchisees.

Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates Inc. has grown from 142 franchises in 1982 to 2,029 franchises this year. It is a subsidiary of Coldwell Banker Corp., which has more than 2,300 residential real estate offices and 53,000 employees.
