Magnetek Completes Sale: Magnetek Inc., based in Nashville, said Wednesday that it has completed the sale of most of the assets of its military power technology business, which includes a manufacturing facility in Anaheim.
Magnetek said it is selling the Magnetek Defense Systems business unit to PTS Inc., a company formed by the Carlyle Group L.P. in Washington. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In addition to the Anaheim unit, the military power business also has manufacturing facilities in Gardena, Tempe, Ariz., and Bremen, Germany.
