Director Resigns: Tivoli Industries of Santa Ana, a maker of architectural and other specialized lighting fixtures, said Wednesday that Alva L. Stevens, a member of its board of directors, has resigned for personal reasons.

Stevens had served on Tivoli’s board since 1991. No replacement has yet been selected.
