A Vote of Confidence
What a blessing it would be if Toby Muller’s propositions could become law (Laugh Lines, “He’s Got Propositions Too Hard to Refuse,” Nov. 7)--especially Proposition 261 for local news improvement (Moyer Law), Proposition 266 for holiday restrictions and Proposition 269 for junk mail/phone solicitation retribution.
I would crawl on my hands and knees to the polling place to vote for these.
