Education: Four Creative Finalists
Four Westchester high school students have been named finalists in a creative studies competition sponsored by UC Santa Barbara.
Seniors Karen Bristol, Ryan Song and Lyle Tagawa, and junior Debby Ngo participated in exams in biology, chemistry and calculus, scoring high enough to qualify for the finals. Only 77 out of 7,365 students qualified for the finals.
Top scorers will receive cash prizes and recognition as 1994 UCSB Undergraduate Fellowship and Prize Competition winners.
