MultiVision Cable: The cable TV firm, which has about 40,000 subscribers in Anaheim, will become part of Century Cable Co. under an agreement signed Tuesday by New York-based Century Communications Corp. and ML Media Partners of Greenwich, Conn.
Also included in the sale will be ML’s other cable TV systems in Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach and the Northern California communities of Fairfield and Rohnert Park.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Century operates 54 cable systems in the United States and is co-owner with ML Media Partners of a cable system in Puerto Rico.
In Orange County, Century operates the cable system that serves 15,000 customers in Brea and La Habra.
