COUNTRY CLUB PARK : Crime Patrol Group Expands Service Area
Tae-Kuk Crime Prevention Center, a nonprofit community security patrol service based in Koreatown, has expanded its coverage area into Country Club Park and adjacent Wilshire Park.
The center’s security officers patrol clients’ neighborhoods from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Monday through Saturday, reporting suspicious activities to police and arresting suspects if a crime has been committed.
The membership fee is $50 for residential clients, with a discount for members of the Country Club Park Neighborhood Assn. Fees for commercial clients vary.
