Coldwell Banker Unit Gets New Executive Vice President

Larry Romito has been promoted to executive vice president-general sales manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a unit of Mission Viejo-based Coldwell Banker Corp.

Romith previously served as senior vice president and chief administrative officer of the firm.

In his new position, Romito will be responsible for sales and operations of the more than 300 company-owned offices in the United States.

Arthur C. Darrow has been named chief executive of Dames & Moore, an international engineering and environmental consulting firm, effective Jan. 1.

Darrow, 51, succeeds George D. Leal who will continue as chairman.

Darrow, who has been with the Los Angeles-based company 21 years, is currently president and chief operating officer.

He will retain the title of president.

David T. Blankenhorn was named executive vice president-branch administration of California State Bank in West Covina.

Most recently, Blankenhorn was president and chief executive of Bank of Newport in Newport Beach.

Leslie A. Koll has joined Jenny Craig Inc. as senior vice president, marketing.

Prior to joining the Del Mar-based weight management company, Koll was managing partner for the Los Angeles office of Pelletier, Koll Weill, a business development and marketing consulting firm.
