Wordcraft Systems Acquisition: Wordcraft Systems Inc. said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire its United Kingdom licensor and business partner, Wordcraft International Ltd., for $3.1 million in cash and stock. The Irvine maker of computer software for automated office equipment said it expects to complete the acquisition Feb. 28. The company said Wordcraft International, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of PC-fax software systems, will have sales in excess of $1.2 million in 1994, mostly royalties, and projected sales of $4 million in 1995. Wordcraft Systems said it expects its consolidated sales for 1995 to total $12 million.
