A Boeing 737 cargo jet owned by Air Algerie crashed Wednesday on approach to Coventry airport, killing all five people aboard. Coventry is 94 miles northwest of London.

The crash occurred in a wooded area near a cluster of houses about a mile northeast of the airport. Witnesses said the jet snapped a power line and damaged some houses before crashing.

No one on the ground was injured, officials said.
