A group led by New York investment manager Mario Gabelli said it increased its stake in Los Angeles-based Caesars World Inc. to 7.05% from 6.03%. . . . Orbital Sciences Corp. said it completed its acquisition of San Dimas-based Magellan Corp. in an exchange of stock valued at about $50 million.
