Anaheim Computer Parts Supplier Moves Into Systems Service

Cerplex Group Inc. Wednesday announced a joint venture with a Florida company.

Cerplex, based in Anaheim, supplies parts for the repair of computer and telecommunications systems. The company said it has been looking for opportunities to expand into service of computer systems.

Its partner is Modular Computer Systems Inc., based in Fort Lauderdale. The company, a subsidiary of Frankfurt, Germany-based Daimler-Benz Industrie, manufactures, installs and services computer systems.
