Cybernetics Products Inc.: The Santa Ana-based company said Friday that it is planning to sell its Oxberry division and its 53% equity stake in Vision Ten Inc.

The company said it is selling its camera-making and film-digitizing divisions to focus its core business of manufacturing precision drilling equipment and the computers that control them.

Cybernetics said it is in discussions with potential buyers but would not reveal other details.
