WEST ADAMS : First AME Offers Free Computer Class

FAME Renaissance, the business and economic development arm of First AME Church, is offering a free computer hardware repair class for IBM computers and compatibles.

Orientation for the class will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Jan. 10 at the FAME Renaissance Water Conservation Program facility, 1950 W. Adams Blvd.

The class will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays for 10 weeks beginning Jan. 17. Clark Vanish, owner of Telstar Enterprise, a computer sales and repair company, will conduct the classes.

Enrollment is limited. Interested participants must register for the orientation.
