Ortho Pharmaceutical to Plead Guilty: The Johnson & Johnson subsidiary will plead guilty today to obstructing a federal investigation of its marketing of Retin-A, an acne drug some doctors have prescribed as a wrinkle fighter, a company spokesman said. Ortho, based in Raritan, N.J., will admit in U.S. District Court that it destroyed documents during a Justice Department investigation of promotional activities for Retin-A, Johnson & Johnson spokesman Robert Kniffin said.
