Renet Financial Inc.: The company said Wednesday it has ended acquisition talks with Houston-based Market Data Corp. Market Data, which distributes stock quotation systems, said in August that it would acquire all outstanding shares of Renet Financial, an Anaheim-based franchiser of financial services.

The two companies could not agree on final terms of the sale, Renet said.
