Killer of Woman in Subway Fit for Trial

NEW YORK —
A man who pushed a woman to her death in front of a subway train is fit to stand trial, even though he has been committed to mental hospitals a dozen times, psychiatrists say.
Prosecutors filed an indictment Thursday charging Reuben Harris with the Jan. 4 murder of Soon Shin.
