New Director of Print Services for Ketchum Advertising

Jill Mathews has been promoted to senior vice president, director of print services at Ketchum Advertising, Los Angeles. Mathews, who has been with the firm for six years, is responsible for all print advertising for all clients such as Honda’s Acura division, PacifiCare Health Systems, Secure Horizons Senior Health Care and Kentucky Fried Chicken, Los Angeles and San Diego markets.

* Jill Pfatenhauer has been named senior vice president-personnel at Trans World Bank. Pfatenhauer had been a vice president of the Sherman Oaks-based bank, where she began her career 17 years ago. Pfatenhauer will oversee all personnel activities, including company benefits, salary administration and human resources planning. She also administers the bank’s affirmative action programs.

* Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Co., Los Angeles, has named Louise K. Neal president of its USA Administrations Services Inc. subsidiary. The Overland, Kan.-based company provides third-party administration and systems consulting services to insurance companies that market life insurance and annuity products. Before this appointment, Neal was senior vice president and chief administrative officer of Transamerica Life Cos. Transamerica Occidental Life is one of seven companies that make up Transamerica Life Cos.
