PairGain Technologies Inc.: The Tustin manufacturer of telecommunications products reported a profit of $8.6 million, or 56 cents a share, for 1994. That was 13% higher than the earnings of $7.6 million, or 61 cents a share, for the previous year. Annual revenue was up 64% to $59.5 million from $36.3 million. Fourth-quarter profit increased 21% to $2.9 million, or 19 cents a share, from $2.4 million, or 15 cents a share. Three-month revenue rose 63% to $18.1 million from $11.1 million.
