OXNARD : Police Arrest 5 on Drug Charges
Five Oxnard residents suspected of several drug offenses were arrested at an Oxnard home this week by police helping the San Luis Obispo County district attorney’s office.
Oxnard and Port Hueneme police joined in a house search on South J Street and the subsequent arrests, Oxnard Police Sgt. T.P. Combs said.
Sandra Dee Herrera, 33, was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to distribute drugs in Soledad State Prison in San Luis Obispo County. Her mother, Dolores Herrera, 50, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deborah Valdez, 39, Katrina Herrera, age unknown, and a juvenile were also arrested on suspicion of being under the influence.
