Richey Electronics Inc.: The Garden Grove company, which does business as Richey Cypress Electronics, posted a profit of $1.9 million, or 32 cents a share, for 1994. That compared to earnings of $707,000, or 14 cents a share, for the previous year. Sales rose 39% to $90.3 million from $65 million. Profit for the fourth quarter was $535,000, or 9 cents a share, more than double the $241,000, or 4 cents a share, recorded for the same period a year earlier. Three-month sales were 32% higher, rising to $24.1 million from $18.3 million.
