Packard Bell to Refresh Line of PCs: The big consumer PC computer vendor this week will begin selling new personal computer models that incorporate more telephone features and better sound, becoming the first PC maker to update its products this year. The company will also sell a model that has two CD-ROM drives and bring out its Spectria line, models that combine the monitor and main computer in one unit. Spectria models were announced last summer but delayed by problems.
