* It must depend on whether you are the “briber” or the “bribee” or where you do business. Congress’ Foreign Corrupt Practices Act is requiring Lockheed Corp. (Jan. 28) to pay up for bribing, but bribing Congress daily is “legal.” I’ll let you decide who sets the rules.
