MISSION VIEJO : Bulletin on Choosing Schools Is Available
The Saddleback Valley Unified School District mailed out information bulletins last week to residents that describe its school choice program, set to begin in the fall.
The program will allow parents to pick their child’s school within the district, provided that the campus has enough room.
Applications and brochures are available at each district school and the district office. Formal tours of district schools will be held before the school choice application period ends March 10.
Families will be notified in early April about the results.
The district has also set up a school choice hot line for parents with questions.
The hot-line number is (714) 580-3425.
