Davstar Industries Ltd.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of disposable medical products said it lost $1.3 million, or 10 cents a share, for its second fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31. That compares with a net loss of $1.2 million, or 10 cents a share, for the second quarter a year earlier. Sales declined to $1.1 million from $1.2 million. The net loss for the first six months was $3.1 million, or 24 cents a share, which included a restructuring charge of $1.2 million. That compares with a net loss of $1.9 million, or 16 cents a share, a year before. Sales were up 24% to $3.1 million from $2.5 million.
