Boston Chicken Changes Name to Reflect Broader Menu: The upscale fast-food company that helped pique America’s taste for rotisserie chicken is plucking chicken out of its name. The company said it is changing its brand name from Boston Chicken to Boston Market to reflect a broader menu that will also feature turkey, ham and meatloaf. The corporate name will remain Boston Chicken for now. “We thought that as part of creating a brand that stands for a bunch of products . . . we could have a lot more leverage over the years,” said Saad Nadhir, vice chairman of Boston Chicken Inc.
