Hunting World Wins Counterfeiting Judgment: A U.S. District Court in San Francisco settled a counterfeiting lawsuit brought by Hunting World Inc. by ordering the defendants to pay the company $5 million. Hunting World--the Nevada-based producer of upscale luggage, leather goods--filed the counterfeiting charges against Charles W. Bogar of Calabasas about three years ago. The court ordered Bogar and some co-defendant companies to pay the judgment and issued an injunction prohibiting such trademark infringements.
