An investment group run by the government of Singapore reduced its stake in Abbey Healthcare Group Inc. to 2.45% from about 7.14%, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The group sold 487,600 Abbey shares between Dec. 2 and Feb. 1 at prices ranging from $23.37 to $25.66 a share, according to a Schedule 13D filed Wednesday. The sales cut the group's total holdings to 254,600 shares. Abbey Healthcare provides home health-care services and products.
