Seoul OKs Projects: The South Korean government said 10 major projects, including two highways and a canal, will be built with $12.5 billion in private capital. The projects include a 50-mile highway between the cities of Chonan and Nonsan, a 155-mile highway between Seoul and the eastern city of Kangnung and a 13-mile canal between Seoul and the coast at Inchon.
