STM Wireless Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of satellite and radio communications products reported a profit of $1.6 million, or 28 cents a share, for 1994. That contrasted with a loss of $1.9 million, or 39 cents a share, for the previous year. Revenue was up to $26.3 million from $16.6 million. Profit for the fourth quarter was $740,800, or 12 cents a share, contrasted with a loss of $564,400, or 11 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Three-month revenue rose to $7.4 million from $5.7 million.
