2 PerfectData Investors Increase Holdings to 9%

PerfectData Corp., a Simi Valley maker of computer and office-care maintenance products and accessories, said that two investors have increased their holdings in the company to 292,000 shares of common stock, or about 9% of the total shares outstanding.

In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Leland Polak and Mark Polak said they purchased the shares on the open market for investment purposes, the company said.
